We are a Private Billing Practice
To continue providing high-quality healthcare, our practice has transitioned to a private billing model. Due to the long-standing Medicare rebate freeze and minimal increases in recent years, the cost of delivering medical care now exceeds the rebate by more than double.
Bulk billing is only available for children aged 15 and under. (Except for Dr. Emma, who private bills all patients aged 3 and older.)
We remain committed to delivering exceptional healthcare while ensuring our services remain accessible and sustainable for our community.
Appointment Types & Booking Guidelines
We offer three appointment lengths to ensure you receive the care you need. Standard appointments are suitable for one main medical concern. If you have multiple concerns, you may need to book a follow-up appointment. Long appointments are recommended for patients with two medical concerns and are required for mental health consultations. Prolonged appointments are necessary for complex health concerns, comprehensive assessments, or detailed management plans. For mental health concerns or complex medical issues, we encourage you to book a long or prolonged consultation to allow sufficient time for a thorough discussion.
